David Berg has over 15 years experience building high performance global software and hardware companies. Working on both technical and business roles, David has extensive expertise in application security, network infrastructure, mobility, communications and collaboration technologies. David works within Behr portfolio companies to accelerate operations and build leveraged go to market opportunities. David has a strong track record of building leveraged revenue partnerships by applying an end to end approach which includes product design/augmentation, collateral creation, business development, relationship management, contract negotiations, financing and general advisory services.

Prior to his role at Behr & Associates, David has experience working for leading infrastructure, application and security firms such as BlueCat Networks, BorderWare Technologies, Platform Computing and DataMirror (IBM) where David participated in various senior level roles including Product Management, Marketing, Development Management and Business Development.

David has an MBA from the University of Windsor with a focus on Marketing and High Technology. David also has a Business Adminstration degree from York University with a focus on Finance and Quantitative Methods.
